Dermot is a very successful Managing Director with considerable experience in international FMCG distribution. Dermot was the youngest MD in the world for Stanley Black and Decker when appointed.
He was one of the founders of The Dalcassian Wines and Spirits company which part owns Drumshanbo Distillery (Gunpowder Gin) in addition to owning and managing a large H+E distribution business in Ireland.
Dermot recently completed a master’s degree in crisis management and is a Chartered Director with the IOD.
Diana has over thirty years’ experience working in the communications industry specialising in the corporate, sports, educational, philanthropic and charity sectors. A former Director of Weber Shandwick International, Diana set up DMC Communications in 2003 (now Dialog Communications) building a strong team with expertise in corporate and consumer communications, sponsorship and event management, media relations and reputational management.
Throughout her profession, she has acquired a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the communications needs of a diverse client base where trust and confidentiality are at the core.
In addition to account management, she advises on the strategic direction of Dialog’s client projects.
Following a career in sports journalism that led him to London and Dubai, Patrick spent six years in a communications and client director role in Thinkhouse, working with the likes of Heineken, Jameson, Three Mobile, The European Tour, IRFU and FAI, before joining Dialog in early 2018.
With a keen passion for long and short form writing and a fascination with all things sports, Patrick is responsible for the operations direction of the company, as well as playing a leading role in the day-to-day requirements of the agency’s client base.
Katie holds an MSc from Dublin City University in Public Relations and Strategic Communications and a BA from the University of Galway in Journalism with French & Irish.
With previous work experience in the journalism and PR sectors, Katie provides organisational and administrative support across a range of different client projects with responsibilities including media relations, research, copywriting, and event management.
Lauren is an Account Executive who irons out all creases and assists the agency team to ensure smooth running across all projects. With over two years’ experience in the business, Lauren provides administrative and event management support across client accounts as well as contributing to group technological and creative sessions.
Further to this, Lauren conducts statistical analysis to in keep with DMC’s work ethic of continuously improving each project year on year.
